Any retail commercial establishment selling graffiti implements, which includes, but is not limited to, etching devices, permanent markers and aerosol paint cans shall place a sign in clear public view stating:
“Graffiti is against the law. Any person who defaces any public or private property is guilty of a crime punishable by a fine of up to $500 and/or imprisonment under Ord. 13-2008 in addition to fines and penalties which may be imposed by state law.”
