For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEFACEMENT. The unlawful application of any graffiti as defined below to any natural or human- made surface without the permission of the owner or occupant or on any municipal/government property.
GRAFFITI. Any unauthorized inscription, word, figure, painting or other defacement that is written, marked, etched, scratched, sprayed, drawn, painted or engraved on or otherwise affixed to any surface of public or private property by any graffiti implement.
GRAFFITI IMPLEMENT. Any device capable of scarring or leaving a visible mark on any natural or human-made surface.
