§ 91.003 THROWING OR DEPOSITING ITEMS WITHIN THE BOROUGH.
   Any person or persons who shall throw or deposit, or leave in any of the streets, lanes, alleys or watercourses within said borough any dead carcass or parts thereof, offal or filth, or any animal, vegetables or other matter whatsoever that may be offensive to the sight, or smell, or create a nuisance, such as pigsties, outhouses or other buildings that are now or may hereafter be erected or placed in such a position as not to become offensive to the neighbors of adjoining property, and upon notice being served upon the owner or occupier and he or she refusing to remove such a nuisance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
