§ 91.002 TREE TRIMMING.
   (A)   All trees in the streets and alleys in the borough shall be trimmed up at least eight feet from the pavement inside the curb line, and 13 feet from the ground outside the curb line; said measurements to be taken two feet inside the curb line, and two feet outside the building line on the pavement and six feet outside the curb line on the street; all branches and foliage at a less distance from the ground shall be removed.
   (B)   All trees must be planted one foot outside the curb line.
   (C)   It shall be the duty of the Street Commissioner of said borough to give notice to all owners or occupiers in front of or adjoining whose property any trees or foliage may stand which are not in conformity with the requirements of divisions (A) and (B) above to have the same properly trimmed, or removed, and if the party notified shall neglect or refuse so to do for the space of ten days thereafter, then said borough shall cause said trees or tree to be trimmed or removed.
