§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of § 90.01 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a summary offense, punishable by a fine not to exceed $300 and, in default of payment of such fine, by a term of imprisonment in the county jail of not more than 90 days. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of a violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
   (C)   Any person, corporation, partnership or entity of any type violating and of the provisions of § 90.02 shall be subject for each violation to a penalty of not less than $200 nor more than $600 to be imposed and collected in a manner provided by the Borough Code in the case of violations of borough ordinances.
