In order to assist owners and operators of motor vehicles in determining streets affected by this chapter, the borough shall cause to be placed on poles along streets or portions of streets listed in § 73.02 signs indicating that the street or portion of street is a snow emergency route. It shall be unlawful, and a violation of this chapter, for any person to remove without the authorization of Borough Council any sign or notice posted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or to obstruct, obscure, or deface such a sign or notice.
