The Borough Council shall fix and establish charges for the towing and storage of motor vehicles impounded under the terms of this chapter, which shall are set out below. These charges may be amended by resolution of Borough Council from time to time. The charges as so fixed and amended from time to time shall be the maximum charges permissible under the terms hereof.
