§ 72.01 DESIGNATION OF TOWING AND VEHICLE IMPOUNDMENT PROCEDURES.
   For the preservation of public peace, health and safety, Borough Council is hereby authorized and directed to designate a towing service for removal of vehicles, and a storage garage or garages as an official vehicle pound or pounds to which vehicles towed and impounded as hereinafter provided shall be removed.
