§ 70.01 REGULATING TRAFFIC ON THE HIGHWAYS OF THE BOROUGH.
   The Mayor of the borough may regulate traffic, prohibit parking and prohibit other than one-way traffic on the highways, streets and alleys of the borough by semaphores, traffic signals, signs, markings or such other devices that may be placed upon or along the streets, highways and alleys of the borough for this purpose, including the time, place and manner in which vehicles may be parked, subject to such modification or change as Council may, by resolution, from time to time, make.
