(A) The calculation and itemization of the maximum tapping fees is set forth in Exhibit “B” attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part of this code of ordinances as if set out in full.
(B) This borough is not imposing nor charging a customer facilities fee because it is not the policy of this borough to construct the building sewer from the property line or curb to the improved dwelling or building to be served.
