A connection fee, as said term is described in Act 203 of 1990, being 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2051 of the commonwealth, which Act was enacted on December 19, 1990, and as authorized by § 507-A of Act No. 209 of 1990, being 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2053 of the commonwealth, enacted on December 19, 1990, is hereby imposed for any connection hereafter made to the sewer system of the borough.
