The borough hereby adopts and incorporates into this subchapter and any amendments thereto the definitions where applicable as set forth in Act 203 of 1990, being 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2051 and Act 209 of 1990, being 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2053. The borough intends to implement the provisions of Act 203 of 1990, being 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2051 and Act 209 of 1990, being 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2053 in setting certain fees in connection with the borough sewer system.
