§ 52.050 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge without a borough permit to any natural outlet within the borough, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the borough, and/or to the POTW any wastewater except as authorized by the Borough Manager in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
