§ 50.36 ILLEGAL TO BURN RECYCLABLES.

It shall hereafter be illegal to burn recyclables, except where said burning falls under exceptions to applicable law, including, but not limited to, the borough’s open burning regulations, as codified in §§ 93.01 through 93.08 of this code of ordinances.
