(A) The owners and occupants of all residential properties, the sponsor(s) of all community activities and all commercial, municipal, and institutional establishments shall recycle designated recyclables which shall be kept separate from municipal waste for the purpose of recycling.
(B) Yard waste must be kept separate from municipal waste, for the purpose of backyard composting or permitted recycling facility. Recyclables shall not be placed in the same garbage can or other container as, or mixed with, municipal waste for collection, removal or disposal,
(C) Recyclables must be set out for collection in a manner designated by an authorized collector as approved by the borough, or delivered to a licensed recycling facility.
