§ 31.39 POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOROUGH MANAGER.
   The Borough Manager is hereby authorized and directed to take such actions as may be necessary to effectuate any proclamation issued by the Mayor pursuant to this subchapter after such proclamation becomes effective.
