§ 31.15 CREATION OF OFFICE.
   Pursuant to § 1141 of the Borough Code (8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1141), the office of Borough Manager is hereby created by the Borough Council, subject to the right of the Borough Council to abolish said office at any time and/or for any reason by ordinance.
