(A) If a resident of the town who already has an existing water and sewer connection desires a separate water-only connection be fed to an accessory structure for purposes of livestock or other similar use, and said use has been properly permitted by the town of other zoning authority, that said resident may apply to the Town Council for a water-only connection.
(B) If the Town Council approves a separate water-only connection for an individual resident, that connection shall have a separate meter, and any and all expenses connected with that meter or continued use thereof shall be borne by the resident requesting same.
