§ 51.02 METERS AT MULTI-OCCUPANCY LIVING UNITS.
   (A)   The town, through the Topeka Water Company, may install one water meter at the entrance point from the water line to each multi-occupancy dwelling unit that is serviced by the Topeka Water Company.
   (B)   The town, through Topeka Water Company, may use said meter as a means for obtaining accurate water usage information for purposes of billing.
