§ 51.01 OUTSIDE WATER METER READOUTS.
   All customers of the town’s Municipal Water Utility whose water usage is measured by means of a one-inch or less water meter shall install or cause to be installed a meter which is permanently affixed to the structure within which the water meter has been installed and has been approved by the town’s Municipal Water Utility.
