§ 34.03 TOWN BALL DIAMONDS AND PAVILIONS; RENTALS.
   (A)   The East Park baseball ball diamonds may be leased through the Parks Department/Town Clerk-Treasurer for the sum of $50 per day on any day that it is not otherwise being utilized by the Park Authority, and said sum shall be increased to $100 per day if said utilization involves lighting. The pavilions at East and West Park may be rented for $25.
   (B)   The town ball diamonds adjacent to the Topeka Livestock Auction may only be leased by coordinating with the Town Parks Department for their rental, thus does not include pavilions.
   (C)   All checks concerning the leasing of town parks shall be made payable to the Town of Topeka and deposited with the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
   (D)   Any desiring to rent the town ball diamonds or pavilions shall execute releases as may from time to time be prepared for purposes of assuring that said utilizations will create no liability on the part of the town.
