§ 33.04 VEHICLE OR HULL IDENTIFICATION CHECK FEE.
   For each vehicle or hull identification check done by the Town Marshal, a fee of $5 may be assessed against the party requesting the search and the $5 fee will be paid directly to the officer on the scene before the search will be conducted.
