§ 32.41 PURCHASES OF SERVICES.
   (A)   The town determines that each town agency and department may purchase services, except for the services of attorneys in whatever manner the purchaser determines to be reasonable.
   (B)   The town purchasing agency may not require any town agency, department or office to purchase service in any particular manner.
