§ 34.11 AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE INDOT AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   Authorization. The President of the Town Council is hereby authorized and confirmed to have the authority to execute any INDOT agreements and all other documents related thereto and all documents related to any INDOT grant programs for and on behalf of and to bind the town.
   (B)   Ratification. The Town Council hereby ratifies all prior agreements and associated documents executed by the President of the Town Council for the town prior to the effective date of this section.
