It shall be unlawful for any vehicle transporting a load which requires a designation of oversized load, or a load which meets the definition of oversized load as same may exist from time to time, and as defined by I.C. Chapter 9, or any other Indiana Code concerning same, to utilize Fought Avenue from Lake Avenue to the south town line for any purpose, said avenue being restricted from utilization by units transporting such loads.
