(A) The town hereby adopts as an ordinance the Permit Procedures and Standards, as prepared by Dodzik Engineering, Inc., dated July 2005.
(B) The Permit Procedures and Standards shall be accepted as final and incorporated as part of the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Control Regulations, as amended, and as they are to be applied to the corporate limits of the town.
(C) The Permit Procedures and Standards, as prepared by Dodzik Engineering, Inc., dated July 2005, is available for review in the Town Manager’s and Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
