A MOBILE DWELLING UNIT shall mean living quarters such as a mobile home, house trailers, truck bodies, bus bodies, railroad cars, shacks and any improved shelter which can be carried, transported or towed from one place to another without the use of regular house moving equipment; that use for living quarters shall include such acts as sleeping, preparing meals, bathing, dish washing, laundering clothing or any other activity which generates waste materials.
