§ 151.45 IMPLEMENTATION.
   A sidewalk construction program can be implemented by the following:
   (A)   Filing a petition of a majority of owners demanding or requiring the construction of a sidewalk; and
   (B)   The Town Council can require and order the replacement of existing hazardous sidewalks.
