For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. A natural person, partnership, firm or corporation.
PETITIONER. Any person who makes “a request” for a permit, pursuant to the provisions hereof.
SIDEWALK. Any sidewalk located within the corporate limits of the town; any of which is under the jurisdiction of the Town Council.
TOWN. The Town of Topeka, Indiana.
