(A) The Town Marshal shall use reasonable efforts to train, educate and assist owners of real estate in avoiding placing tenants or occupants in their real estate who are known violators of illegal activities enumerated herein.

(B) The Town Marshal shall keep a list of the names and addresses of all tenants/occupants to whom copies of letters were sent pursuant to this chapter and shall make the names available to members of the public requesting same in reference to potential renters of real estate in the town.
