It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a skateboard or any other similar type conveyance upon the sidewalks of the downtown area of the town, which area shall consist of the sidewalks and related appurtenances beginning at the north side of North Alley and continuing south along the east and west sides of Main Street to the south corner of Mill Street and beginning at the west side of Babcock Street and continuing east along the north and south sides of Lake Street to the east corner of Harrison Street.
