Any time an alarm is turned in and emergency services personnel, which shall include Fire Department personnel, responds, a charge shall be made for the response of said fire equipment, pursuant to the Fire Department routine charges and, if in fact the alarm is a false alarm, a charge of $25 per law enforcement or emergency service vehicle of the town, which responds shall also be made. This $25 per unit charge shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town within ten days of any charge made.
