It shall be unlawful for any individual to create a furnace or other burning device intended to provide heat to a residence or structure (building) separate or apart from the location of said furnace, burning device or structure housing same, and to cause said furnace or other burning device to expel smoke, fumes or other noxious or unpleasant odors from the real estate upon which the premises is located.
