§ 93.01 GENERATORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to utilize a generator powered by an internal combustion engine, a diesel engine or any other engine or other means of powering said generator, which would create sounds or noises which would extend from and be heard or smelled off of the property upon which they are generated.
   (B)   The Town Council recognizes that from time to time emergency or temporary backup situations occur for which an internal combustion, diesel or other method of powering a generator is necessary. For these temporary emergency or backup situations, this section shall not make said utilization illegal. This section extends to only those situations for which the above-referenced generator of electric power is the primary source of power for the facility and/or property concerned.
