§ 92.02 PARK CLOSINGS, PARKING AND CURFEW.
   (A)   The East Park in the town shall be closed to all persons, vehicles and uses from 11:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. each day, except for duly authorized personnel of the town. It is further directed that from November 1 to March 31 of each year, the park shall be closed to all persons, vehicles and uses from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each day.

   (B)   By specific agreement with the Topeka Livestock Auction and Robert Bale, its present owner, the parking lots of the Topeka Livestock Auction, which adjoin the East Park and are utilized as parking for said parks after auction hours, shall be subject to and controlled by all of the town ordinances which affect the utilization of the town parks including the town curfew, alcoholic beverage ordinance, park hours ordinance, noise ordinance, loitering ordinance and the present amendment.

   (C)   In both the West and East Lake Street Parks beginning May 1 of each calendar year through October 1 of each calendar year, there shall be a curfew for all individuals under the age of 18 without adult supervision. This curfew shall be 11:00 p.m. unless the lights in said park are turned off earlier. During the subject time frames, no individual under the age of 18 years shall be in either town park, except when competing in an organized sporting event, after sunset without adult supervision.

   (D)   The Town Marshal or any other duly authorized law enforcement officer is authorized to issue a citation to any violator of this section at a time specified to answer the charge in County Court. A copy of said citation shall be given to the violator, the Town Clerk-Treasurer, the Town Marshal and the Clerk of the County Court.
