§ 92.01 USE OF TOWN PARKS.
   (A)   The Town Council does hereby vest the authority in its Town Marshal to, by letter, restrict the use of the town’s parks system by any person upon that officer’s conclusion that the subject person has engaged in actions detrimental to the parks system and/or such that would be classified as vandalism, malicious destruction or other crime.
   (B)   The restriction which said Town Marshal shall place upon said person shall be that said person shall not utilize the town park without prior written consent of the Town Marshal or, if said person is a minor, said person must be accompanied to the town park by a custodial parent or guardian.
   (C)   If any person shall feel aggrieved by any such action of the Town Marshal, such person, and/or his or her parent and/or legal guardian if such person is a minor, shall have an absolute right to petition the Town Council for review of this matter and actions consistent therewith.
   (D)   This section and the rights and obligations therein bestowed shall be in addition to any and all other ordinances, laws or resolutions affecting or applying to any individual’s actions within said parks and any other such legal consequences flowing from said actions.
