§ 91.05 MAILBOX PLACEMENT.
   (A)   The placement of all mailboxes in the town is to be approved by the town’s Street Department.
   (B)   Installation of a mailbox can commence only after a permit is obtained from the town’s Street Department.
   (C)   All mailboxes installed in the town are done so at the risk of the owner.
