(A) The town’s legislative body shall be increased to a five-member body.
(B) All such Council members shall be elected at large.
(C) Said new Council members shall be appointed pursuant to I.C. 3-13-9-4.
(D) Pursuant to I.C. 36-5-2-3, each new member shall serve a term of office of four years, beginning at noon 1-1-2013 and continuing until the member’s successor is elected and qualified.
