(A) No vehicle shall be parked on Lake Street or on Main Street within the town, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except for that part of Lake Street between Harrison Street and Pleasant Avenue, upon which parking shall be allowed on an alternate basis, on the north side on even numbered calendar days and on the south side on odd numbered calendar days of said street, on alternate days. This provision is intended to promote the public necessity of street sweeping for Lake Street and Main Street within the town. Any person violating the provisions of this division (A) commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

(B) “No Parking Here to Corner” signs shall be erected in accordance with this traffic code. Any person who violates the provisions of this division (B) commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

(C) (1) “No Parking this Side of Street” signs shall be erected in the following areas:
(a) On the east side of Main Street, between School Street and Mill Street;
(b) On the west side of Hawpatch Street, from Amish Alley to Roy Street;
(c) On the west side of Main Street, from Pine Street to Indiana Street;
(d) On both sides of Pleasant Drive, from Amish Alley to Lake Street;
(e) On the west side of South Main Street, beginning at the south end of the driveway at 128 South Main Street and continuing to the north side of School Street;
(f) On the west side of north Harrison Street, beginning from the south at East Lake Street and continuing to the north of East North Street;
(g) On the south side of East Mill Street, beginning from the east at South Main Street and continuing to the west at South Harrison Street;
(h) On the east side of North Babcock Street, beginning at West Lake Street and continuing to the north, ending at Amish Alley; and
(i) On the north and south sides of Crossfire Drive, between Zook Street and South Main Street.
(2) Any person who violates the provisions of this division (C) commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

(D) In the town, on the north side of North Street from North Main Street east to the alley shall be posted as a no parking zone. The town is hereby authorized and directed to post signs, paint signs on the pavement, or otherwise notify vehicle operators of the existence of this division (D). Said employees are further directed to effectuate the provisions of this division (D) as soon as same can be done. Any person who violates the provisions of this division (D) commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

(E) In the town, there shall be no parking on the west side of South Harrison Street from the intersection with Mill Street north to the alley running east and west.
(F) In the town, there shall be no parking on the north and south sides of Crossfire Drive, between Zook Street and South Main Street.
(G) In the town, there shall be no parking from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on: the north and south sides of East Lake Street, from its intersection with Main Street to the town limits; the east and west sides of South Main Street, from its intersection with Lake Street to the town limits; and the east side of Main Street from its intersection with Lake Street to Roy Street.
(H)
In the town, on North Street, on the south side, from Merchants Alley, going west to North Main Street, the first three parking spots shall be designated as handicapped spots, and the remaining space adjoining North Street shall be designated as no parking.
(I) The first three parking spots on the south side of North Street east of the intersection with North Main shall become loading zone, no parking.
(J) There shall be no parking on either side of Todd Street, from Jay to the cul de sac.
