Upon the declaration of a snow emergency, no vehicle shall be parked, remain parked or be left standing on any uncleared portion of Lake Street from the west corporate limits of the town to the east corporate limits of the town, nor on Main Street from the north corporate limits of the town to south corporate limits of the town.
