§ 71.05 PUBLIC PARKING LOTS.
   The town, through the office of the Town Marshal, is hereby authorized to regulate the parking of vehicles and traffic on the property of Country Squire Estates, Topeka Trace Apartments, Lake Bei Der Bank Apartments, West Edge Apartments and other public parking lots located at businesses, churches and schools.
