§ 71.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC PARKING LOT. Any parking lot owned or maintained by the town.
   PUBLIC STREET. Any street, including county roads, within the limits of the town.
   VEHICLES. Automobiles, trucks, trailers, mobile homes, motor homes, motorcycles and any other vehicles of any description designed to travel on two or more wheels.
