§ 70.08 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The town shall have the right to direct the Town Marshal, or any other agent, to remove or tow away, or to have removed or towed away by any commercial towing serve any motor vehicle illegally parked pursuant to this traffic code, or Ord. 79-4-2-A (now III-A), or any vehicle which blocks the use of a fire hydrant, or may obstruct the movement of any emergency vehicle, or where such parked vehicle creates or constitutes a traffic hazard or potential traffic hazard. Any cars so towed away for illegal parking shall be stored in a safe place and restored to the owner or operator of the same upon payment of commercial towing service bill and a presentation of proper proof of ownership.

   (B)   (1)   The town is hereby authorized and directed to post signs, paint signs on the pavement or otherwise notify vehicle operators of the existence of this traffic code.
      (2)   Said employees are further directed to effectuate the provisions of this traffic code as soon as same can be done.
