The street, alley and highway names hereafter used in this traffic code shall be as shown on the recorded plats of the town on record in the Recorder’s office in and for the county; except that, as to newly named streets, the plat of said town drawn by E.T. Coy on 4-4-1969, incorporated herein by this reference, and which is being filed with this traffic code in the records of the town in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office shall be used to supplement same.
