§ 72.07 OVERTAKING AND PASSING SCHOOL BUS.
   The driver of a vehicle upon a highway or street inside the city, upon meeting or overtaking from either direction any school bus which has stopped on the highway or street for the purpose of receiving or discharging any school children shall stop the vehicle immediately before passing the school bus, but may proceed past such school bus at a speed which is prudent, not exceeding ten mph, and with due caution for the safety of such children.
