Vehicles, Boats and/or trailers found to be in violation of this subchapter may be disposed of by removal to a scrap yard, a motor vehicle demolisher, or any suitable site as determined by the city, for processing as scrap or salvage pursuant to state law. The cost of the removal and disposal shall be the sole cost and expense of the owner.
