The following vehicles or parts of vehicles, boats or trailers are exempt from the provisions of this subchapter:
(A) A vehicle, boat or trailer which is completely enclosed within a building.
(B) One inoperable vehicle, boat or trailer may be parked in a lawful manner in a fenced back yard on private property, zoned or used for residential purposes. The parking of such a vehicle, boat or trailer shall not be visible from the street or other public or private property.
(C) A vehicle, boat or trailer which is stored or parked in a lawful manner on private property in connection with the business of a licensed dealer and/or retailer of such property.
(D) A vehicle, boat or trailer which is stored or parked in a lawful manner at a junk yard or wrecker service.
