§ 115.01 REGULATION OF CARNIVALS AND CIRCUSES.
   (A)   Prior to the location, maintenance or operation of any carnival or circus in the city, the operator thereof shall obtain a permit for such carnival or circus in the office of the City Secretary.
   (B)   Any application for a permit hereunder must contain the following:
      (1)   The intended dates of the carnival or circus;
      (2)   The intended hours of operation of such carnival or circus;
      (3)   The intended location of the carnival or circus;
      (4)   A listing of any wild or exotic animals to be a part of the carnival or circus; and
      (5)   Such other information as may be deemed necessary to a full evaluation of the application.
   (C)   If the City Council determines that no ordinances of the city will be violated by the operation of the carnival or circus, and that a fee as provided for in the fee schedule has been paid, a permit shall be issued.
   (D)   A permit issued hereunder shall be valid for a period of 30 days.
