§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever shall be found guilty of violating §§ 110.01 through 110.03 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in § 10.99.
