Royal Oaks picnic area, launching ramp, dock and swimming pool are owned and maintained wholly by the membership of Royal Oaks Property Owners’ Association for the sole use of the members and their guests. If, at any time, anyone who is not a member of Royal Oaks Property Owners’ Association is found in or using these facilities, he or she shall be prosecuted to the limit of the law.
